I’m breaking new ground and moving forward.

In the heart of the city of Zug, on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand, and wherever else I happen to be, I share my vibrant colors, my love, my truth, my depth, my lightness, and my joy of life…

For me, art and expression through painting is a bridge between everyday life and the spiritual world. A path that leads straight to the heart.

After many, many incredibly good training and further education, with large amounts of books read, after wonderful seminars and coaching with the best, after intensive shamanic and systemic work, after wonderful trips, a dark retreat and my very own deep life experience, I have found my essence and I have completely arrived at my divine core.

I am currently expanding my skills in a three-year full-time training program in the service of humanity, as a registered nurse (HF).

Rauhnächte

Three encounters. Three steps. A conscious transition into the new year.

The *Rauhnächte*—the Twelve Nights between the years—are a special time: a time for pausing, letting go, dreaming, and realigning.

In my home studio, we create a safe, personal, and intimate space to pause together, let go of the old, and make room for the new. Due to space constraints, the group size is limited, so please register early.

1. THE RAUHNÄCHTE ARE CALLING

We are getting into the spirit of the Rauhnächte together.

What can be let go of from the old year? What still needs to be brought to a close? And what would you like to take with you into the new year?

We write down our 13 wishes for the Rauhnächte, begin our personal ritual with the slips of paper, and give space to our visions and longings.

An evening for arriving, sensing, sharing, and dreaming.

We’ll wrap up the evening with a shared surprise buffet—please bring a small contribution.

2. THE TWELVE NIGHTS ARE BEHIND US

The Twelve Nights between Christmas and Epiphany lie behind us. What has revealed itself? What has shifted?

On Three Kings’ Day, we will come together again, celebrate the new year, and open our 13th and final slip of paper together.

This wish doesn’t stay with the universe—it lies in your hands.

Perhaps this will become your personal motto, your guiding star, or your quiet source of strength for 2027.

An evening for celebrating, connecting, and consciously immersing ourselves in the new year.
And yes—on this evening, we can certainly feel a bit like queens ourselves.

Of course, there will be a surprise buffet again. Bring a small contribution for it.

3. VISION BOARD – MAKE YOUR VISION VISIBLE

Something visible emerges from the images and thoughts of the Twelve Holy Nights—a source of memory and strength for the new year.

What vision drives you? What do you want to experience, create, change, or help grow?

On a 30 × 40 cm canvas, we will create our personal vision board for 2027—intuitively, creatively, and entirely based on what has emerged from within you.

Please bring along: scissors and paper glue, colorful magazines, photos, quotes, stickers, and anything else that can help visualize your vision.

We’ll wind down our little trip together and then share a surprise buffet. Please bring a small contribution to it.

Painting lessons at the HomeAtelier

Individual lessons as an expression of yourself

I will guide you in discovering yourself through color. In my small studio – which is sometimes my living room, sometimes my garden – we will create a quiet space together where you can simply be.

Whether you already love painting or are trying it for the first time, I will guide you individually at your own pace. With acrylic or oil paints, with your hands or brushes – anything goes, nothing is required. You don’t need any prior experience. Just the joy of giving space to your inner world. These sessions are personal and tailored entirely to you – for children, teenagers, adults, or seniors.

Payment is per hour, no strings attached. Feel free to contact me beforehand via WhatsApp, phone, or email so we can find a time that works for you.

My home studio offers space for four people.

Price per hour:

Additional charge per 30×40 cm canvas: CHF 25.00

Canvases or other painting surfaces can also be brought along.
